G-F Grilled Chicken!
Here’s a great tasting Grilled Chicken recipe that’s sure to please.
Now, my photo doesn’t boast lots of the sauce due to those who prefer less on their chicken, but please feel free to slather yours and enjoy it even more!!
The sauce is prepared and coated on your boneless breast, or thighs or bone-in pieces, and allowed to “soak” in for about 20 minutes before grilling. Try it, I know you’ll love it. Be sure your ingredients are all gluten free! Never neglect to read labels. This ingredient list will cover 2 breasts. Do the math & increase for your needs.
Ingredients: 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsps. Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Dash of Onion Powder
Dash of Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1/8 teas. Cayenne
1 tbl Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ranch dressing ( be sure it’s g-free)
Easy as pie: Mix all Ingredients in a bowl. Brush or spoon over the chicken pieces on both sides & allow to sit (out of fridge) for 20 minutes. Meat shouldn’t be put on heat when cold from the fridge, ever. So this is perfect when left on counter for 20 min.
Grill until temp internally is 165 degrees. Always stick thermometer into thickest portion of any meat to test. Wait about 5 minutes before slicing. Done!
